OFFICIAL RULES FOR ELIGIBILITY TO WIN
1. Eligibility
This free giveaway is open only to current residents of the Cypress Ridge community in Bluffton, South Carolina, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must also be active subscribers to the Tell Tanya Cypress Ridge Newsletter at the time of the drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2. How to Enter
All current and new subscribers to the Cypress Ridge Newsletter are automatically entered into each month’s drawing. No additional action is required. To remain eligible, participants must maintain their subscription through the date of the drawing.
3. Prize Details
Prizes vary each month and may include gift cards, gift baskets, service coupons, or any other items. The total value of any individual prize will not exceed $100. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
4. Winner Selection
A winner will be selected at random using an online spinning wheel. The drawing is recorded via screen capture and shared publicly on TellTanya.com/wheelspin or related platforms to ensure transparency.
5. Notification & Prize Claim
The winner will be notified by email, text message, or phone call within 72 hours of the drawing. The winner must claim their prize within 7 calendar days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within that timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
6. General Conditions
Participation constitutes the entrant’s agreement to these official rules. By entering, participants agree that SJOHomes LLC is the sole sponsor and administrator of this giveaway.
